1. How many people can fit inside the Bubble House?
The Bubble House is best for having 2 grown-ups or 4 kids inside at once. An attendant will be watching to make sure it's safe for everyone to go in and play. Small children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Where can I place the Bubble House?
Both indoors and outdoors! It can go on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, and even sports courts! We can't set it up on gravel, rocks, dirt, or any bumpy surface. If you're not sure where to put it, just snap some pics of your party spot and send them to us. If your event is outside, we will need a spot with shade from trees or something similar to avoid too much sun. Measure the area you want to set up the Bubble House. It should be about 10 metres long, 6 metres wide, and 3 metres tall.
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes! To secure your event date, we require a €150 deposit, and the full balance must be paid two (2) days before your party day. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to change your event date, we will apply your deposit towards a different date within a full calendar year!
4. Are Balloons included in the bubble House?
Absolutely! 50 balloons come ready to fill up the bubble house. You get to customize your balloons for free! You can choose from over 100 different colors for the inside of the bubble house. For an extra you get a cool 3-metre balloon garland for the outside, and you can pick colors that match your party's theme. You can select up to 3 Balloon colors.
5. What if we need additional time?
The rental period may be extended for €50 per additional hour.

6. What can’T i bring inside the bubble house?
Unfortunately no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, sharp objects, confetti, or markers are allowed. If anything gets damaged there might be an extra charge to fix it.
7. How big is the Bubble House?
The Bubble House is a 3 metre dome with a 2.25 metre Tunnel. Our Bubble House Tarp size is 10X15 feet. It is best to use a 20 amp outlet with nothing else plugged in, however, a 15 amp outlet will also work. If you are renting a generator for the bubble house it needs to be at least a 2000-2500 watt generator to power the bubble house for 3-5 hours.
8. When do you set up and pick up?
We will come an hour before your event starts and pick it up once your event is over!
After every event we get to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. If you need a special delivery/pick-up time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Pickups requested after 10pm will incur an additional charge of €50 and overnight is €100.
9. What if it rains or gets windy?
If it's raining on your big day and you need to cancel, you can reschedule for another awesome day within 6 months! If the wind starts blowing faster than 5 Beauforts, we'll have to turn off the bubble house to keep everyone safe. No worries, though. You've got until 7:00 am on the morning of your rental to let us know if you need to postpone.
10. How are you handling cleaning protocols?
We make sure our bounce houses are squeaky clean and germ-free before each party! That’s why we only use each bounce house once a day so we have plenty of time to give it a good scrubbing.
